Epimedium 'Arctic Wings'
An evergreen, clumping perennial to 25cm tall. The young leaves emerge a bronze-red, heavily lined with a cinnamon colour, maturing to apple-green in summer. From April to June, spider-like pure white flowers dangle above the leaves. The flowers are larger than any other Epimedium.
Epimediums make a great groundcover in any reasonable soil in cool, partial shade. They are drought tolerant once established.
