All offers are made subject to these terms and conditions.

Availability of stock:

The listing on the website is usually kept well up to date, so it is generally safe to assume that if it is listed here it is available. Occasionally things sell out during the day before they can be removed from sale and so not be available.
The appearance of "Add to Cart" against an item is not a guarantee that it will be in the stock if you visit.
Everything is offered "Subject to Availability" 

Pricing: Prices are in Euro:

Pot size may vary slightly on plants depending on the batches. A price appearing on the website may vary from that in the nursery, however we try to minimise any variations.

Cancellations and returns:
If we made a mistake on your order, we will refund you for the plant we wrongly sent you. If you are unhappy with the plants you have received from us please contact us. We regret that we cannot refund for change of mind. If a plant is out of stock, we will refund you for the paid amount for this plant.

Delivery will be charged at €10 per box of 6 plants in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by us updating the website.
Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website. We reserve the right to amend or correct any website content, without prior notice.
