Cymbalaria muralis
Ivy-leaved toadflax is naturalised in the wild in Ireland, also known as Buaflíon balla. A small plant for rockeries or in cracks in walls, this perennial only grows to 10cm tall, but has slender spreading branches which will hang down, if grown on a wall. The small, snapdragon-like flowers are mauve with a yellow centre and flower from July to September. The leaves are ivy-shaped and are semi-evergreen.
This plant likes a well-drained soil in partial shade or sun.
